Abby Jeanne

Abby Jeanne has been an artist her entire life. While growing up in Milwaukee,WI, she was indoctrinated into a public art schooling experiment. As a pre-teen she was socially adopted by a Rock N’Roll cafe cult, where she wrote music, painted, dreamed and fed her deep infatuation for records of 60’s pop, underground and soul. (Via the haunted jukebox that lived there.) A series of family tragedies including the loss of her family home and the suicide of her prophetic sister led her to living in a car. With her talent and strength she pursued her dreams of being a surviving artist which eventually led her overseas where she began to carve out her music career. She now resides in NYC putting out records and touring the world.

Abby Jeanne's sound is a tapestry of genres and emotions, driven by her soulful vocals and pop art influences. Drawing inspiration from vintage sounds, her sonic landscape holds a recipe of nostalgia, depth, and playfulness incorporating elements of rock 'n' roll, girl group garage, and classic soul. The blend of old and new creates a sound that is both familiar and refreshingly original. However, what truly sets her apart is her powerful and soul shaking vocals. They infuse each song with raw emotion and depth, creating a transcendental connection with her listners.
