MUSIC
Formed in New York City in 2024, Abby Jeanne & the Shadowband is the latest evolution of Milwaukee-born singer-songwriter Abby Jeanne’s singular musical universe.
Blending the raw power of Etta James with the gritty cool of the Velvet Underground, the Shadowband delivers a wild collision of garage rock, soul, surf, and psychedelia. Think Roy Orbison meets the Ramones, with the swooning melodies of ’60s girl groups, fuzz-drenched guitars, and an unmistakable punk attitude.
Equal parts heartbreak, mystery, and teenage dreams, Abby Jeanne’s songwriting conjures a cinematic world of infectious hooks, unfiltered energy, and timeless rock ‘n’ roll.
Since making their debut at London’s legendary Troubadour in 2024, the band has toured internationally and shared stages with The Lemon Twigs, Say She She, Shannon & the Clams, The Courettes, and Jacuzzi Boys.
